MiBoxer Mi Light PZ2 ZigBee 3.0 Receiver 20A for Single Colour Led Strip and Dual White CCT 12/24V

MiBoxer PZ2 is a 20A Dimmer for single-color or dual white CCT LED strips with ZigBee 3.0 and RF 2.4Ghz communication protocol. With this receiver, you can control your lighting from a remote control and wall button. When paired with a Zigbee gateway (not included), you can manage the LED strip from a smartphone and voice assistant.

Thanks to the Zigbee 3.0 communication protocol, you can create your home automation lighting easily and quickly.

It is also compatible with one or more LED strips connected in parallel.

The 2.40Ghz RF signal reaches up to 30 meters, while the Zigbee signal reaches up to 100 meters.

This receiver is also equipped with PUSH dimming. With this module, after connecting it to a button, you can control your LED strip from a traditional wall button. Press briefly to turn on and off, hold to adjust the brightness.

On the device, you will find the SET button that allows you to set the receiver to the required mode (single-color or dual white). If you are connecting it to a single-color LED strip, press the set button until the indicator light turns red. To set it to DUAL WHITE mode, the indicator light should be green.

The SET button is also used to put the receiver into pairing mode. Press briefly to enter RF pairing mode, or hold for about 3 seconds to enter Zigbee pairing mode.

By using a Gateway, it will be possible to control your LED strip from a smartphone and enjoy many functions.

CONNECTIONS

• Input for a power supply with 5.5 Jack connector
• Input V-: Negative wire of the transformer (usually black)
• Input V+: Positive wire of the transformer (usually red)
• LED Output V+: Positive wire of the single-color strip (red) or the CCT LED strip (usually brown)
• Output W: Black wire of the single-color LED strip
• Output CW: White wire
• Output WW: Yellow wire

How to sync the MiBoxer PZ2 to a MiBoxer remote control

- Correctly install the receiver to a power supply and LED strip.

- Set the receiver to the mode compatible with your LED strip

- Put the receiver into pairing mode (the device indicator starts flashing)

- Ensure the remote control is compatible with the FUT035Z Receiver

- Turn off the Receiver (by cutting power to the power supply)

- Turn on the Receiver

- When the LED strip connected to the Receiver lights up, within 3 seconds, press repeatedly (at least once per second) on one of the "I" symbols at the bottom of the remote control corresponding to the zone you want to associate.

-If the synchronization is successful, the LED will flash.

In the video, we show the procedure to pair the WL5 receiver to a remote control. Whatever receiver or MiBoxer RF remote control is used, the procedure will be identical (also with MiBoxer bulbs and floodlights). This same procedure is used to unpair the receiver from a remote control zone. So, if you want to associate the receiver to another zone, just follow this procedure to unpair it and run it again to pair it to another zone.
